We want you to love your OddSoot piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and tags.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@oddsoot.com with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or design, subject to availability. If the desired exchange item is of a different value, a price adjustment will be made.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or you suspect a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at hello@oddsoot.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a repair, replacement, or refund.
